Standard Delivery is 2nd Class Royal Mail, you can opt for Parcelforce 48 which gives you a fully tracked service, or courier which is usually DHL, fully tracked. If you need a next day service contact us to see if this is possible
Returns are at the customer expense, please email us on info@5thblockerskates.co.uk to let us know you wish to return the item, stating your order number, and if you want an exchange or a refund.
