a rough guide to cushions, if you are light in weight go soft, if you're heavy go harder!

If you find your skates really wobbly, you might have too soft a cushion, or need to tighten them.

If you find your skates really stiff and difficult to turn corners, you may have too hard a cushion, or they maybe over tightened. If you're cushions are bulging, they may be over tightened, or you may be too heavy for them.
