We use Royal Mail 2nd class as our standard delivery,
Free Postage on Orders over £50 xVAT, we use 2nd Class Royal Mail,
you can upgrade your postage option to tracked 48,
Next Day delivery.
for Europe or US we use a courier service, usually DPD, UPS or DHL, whoever provides the best service. Customers are liable for any local taxes for any orders outside the UK

Returns
If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason we are more than happy to have it back for refund or exchange. To return an item you must notify us of your wish within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we authorise the return you have a full 14 days from then to return it. See "REFUNDS" and "SHIPPING" below for details of the returns procedure.
Christmas purchases made in November and December can be returned up till 25th January.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card(or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. Any further cost incurred by us in relation to shipping will be deducted from your refund e.g. if postage is underpaid.
For example: item is £19,95, shipping surcharge is £3, your bill is £22.95, item eligible for a refunded, you will receive £19.95.
